Voordat ik begon had ik geen idee wie Sadie Robertson was, ik heb hem ook puur voor de titel aangeschaft omdat het mij aansprak. Ik vond het erg makkelijk en snel weglezen. Er waren echt wel specifieke punten waarvan ik dacht dat die handig zijn als je last van angsten heb. Wat ik jammer vind is dat het voor mij persoonlijk t\u00e9 Christelijk was. In bijna alle stukken werd over God gesproken en over de manieren van Hem. Alleen door de hoeveelheid herhalingen werd het voor mij net even teveel. Sommige teksten zijn namelijk meer dan drie\/vier keer herhaald, maar dan net op een andere manier. Wat ik wel fijn vond aan het boek is dat je het vanuit het perspectief van een ander over angsten kunt lezen. Het is fijn om te zien dat andere mensen er dezelfde ervaringen mee hebben en je niet alleen bent.
