Je vindt er allemaal tips in vinden, over hoe je zelf Hygge kunt ervaren. Daarnaast geeft het ook een heel inkijk in het Deense leven. Ik woon nu bijna twee weken in Denemarken en vind dit boek wel echt heel erg kloppen en veel is herkenbaar.
